"First let me start by saying I love my apartment complex and how genuinely sweet the ladies are in the leasing office . Maybe they’re sweet because I butter them up with Jersey mikes lol! But I honestly appreciate having these two to guide our building and to be the face of this complex . The maintenance group work hard and are constantly seen helping where it may be necessary as well . The lobby is secure 24/7 and each floor has their own washer and dryer units , and are very affordable. Shops , 7-11 and everything you can imagine is close within a 5 minute walk : tremendous location . But it only gets a 5 star for the two EXCEPTIONAL ladies running the front leasing office ."

"Five stars are not enough to show my happiness with Royal Towers, especially concerning the Leasing Consultant, Susana Falcon. Susana has always been a great help and most responsive; you'll be in great hands if you work with her. I have lived here for nearly a year and couldn’t be more pleased! When I spoke with Susana to inquire about the property, she was the kindest person I had ever spoken to in my exhaustive apartment search. She wasn’t short/rude to me. She was kind and proved to be most resourceful during our first call. When we met and toured the units, I recall that I was curious about other floor plans and originally only asked to tour one unit, but ended up having Susana show me not one, not two, but three different units at 6 PM! Maintenance issues are always resolved promptly, and the maintenance staff here is AWESOME. Hats off to their attentiveness and consistently exceptional work. Thank you, guys! The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable, and the building and property are always kept clean. Neighbors are respectful and cool! It gets better... The complex is 1 – 5 minutes near several highways (Rt. 17, Rt. 46, Rt. 80, Rt. 4, GSP). RT is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment to the shopping center and also very close, less than a 10-minute drive to Walmart, Garden State Plaza, DMV, Costco, and all other shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. Bus stops are all within walking distance directly outside of the building. NY is 30 minutes away. If you are looking for a well-priced place to call home with nice apartments in a safe neighborhood that will treat you like family, look no further! Also don't forget to ask for Susana!!! "Krystal toured my mom and sister. Unfortunately, their limited availability did not fit with our lease end date. Before I brag about the office, you should know that apartments go fast here. And I can tell why! The apartments are huge, fairly priced and they have the dream team working in the office. Krystal was funny, kind, relatable and patient. She introduced me to Susana and some of the maintenance staff. Krystal mentioned Susana is a machine, efficient and detail oriented so the process together would go smoothly. Everyone seems wonderful. They offered snacks, refreshments and VIP service. We will try again next year when my mother’s lease is up."
