"I stayed almost 3 years and experience is awesome. Apartment is big with lots of closet. Very quiet and very well-maintained garden. Maintenance guys are very responsive. Monthly Preventive treatment for roaches or bugs is good. Provided all new appliances. Resident Manager (Esmailyn) is very humble and helpful. He is very punctual and thorough. Summit manor is lucky to have him after Bill."

"The experience staying in Summit Manor is fantastic. I stayed there for 5 years and moved to different city so vacated. The apartments are bigger and services provided are quick and hassle free. The new resident manager Smiley is really helping nature person. Community is well maintained, clean and also having good lawn area for people with kids compared to others adjacent communities."
