"My entire security deposit hasn’t been returned after 51 days of moving out. We were granted our FULL amount as we left no damages upon leaving the rental. On move out day - the manager (Ariel Delgado) scheduled a truck to load in at the same time we were using the load in deck for our move out. Our mover had to wait which resulted in us running the clock with our movers. Ariel also failed to show up during our move out to lock the elevators so our movers could use the elevators efficiently."
"It is in poor taste that we as resident must find out a core part of what our amenities fee goes to is being discontinued. There was no notice or information sent to us regarding the changes that are occurring were we spend our lively hood. After speaking with some of the other resident in hearing this news. I feel as though we should be as more of a priority then an option. To think concierge is merely here just to get our packages, is sad and disheartening. It’s the main reason we feel we have some sense of luxury in this building. It’s the camaraderie is the assist with deliveries and pick ups and dry cleanings that get dropped off on a weekly basis, it’s the assistance with the lift even for our handicap residence and those with small children who need assistance with strollers and it’s the care and attention of the front desk when no one from management is there in the morning. The true example should be how the management office had to lean on Concierge during the holiday season with all of the packages because they were too many to organize and to maintain who is going to assume that responsibility. I cannot imagine that becomes main managements task. I think at least we deserve a notice explaining why you feel we don’t need Concierge and why the decision was made without our input."
"I have been a resident here about 8 months now and every month there is something horrible to add to the list. Today I woke up to find, not only no valet service (that we pay good money for) but ALL of the residents car keys left out for the taking. The valet here has been one of the worst experiences, including the incompetence of one who broke the mirror of my car. Today was just the icing on the cake. There were cars left with keys in them, waiting to be parked. People who couldn’t get into their cars because they were on lifts. Keys just left out for anyone off the street to just take. The only positive thing about this building is the superintendent Ozzy -and the concierge service which they are also minimizing and getting rid of."
"Before moving here I was a bit skeptical of the reviews. But I've been here for 10 months now and I actually really like it. It's a calm building. Neighbors are polite, leasing is is friendly. There have been a few concierge changes but they always seem to very friendly and professional. Maintenance guy is available when you need him. Parking situation may seem a a little annoying sometimes but I think they take care of that with the Valet service that they provide. The valet guys are cool as well. Maybe a few other minor things can be worked on but in fair assessment I would still give 210 main like a 4.9 out 5. lol. I'll recommend."
"There are far fewer parking spaces in the lot than there are residents in the complex. This means that finding a parking spot after a long day at work or coming home late at night becomes a dreaded and time-consuming task. It's utterly ridiculous that they would not allocate enough parking spaces to accommodate all the residents adequately. To make matters worse, the management decided to implement car lifts and a valet service to somehow "solve" the parking problem. But let's be real, the car lifts only serve to create more complications and delays. While the rest of us struggle to find a place to park our vehicles, three EV owners have their own reserved spots, thanks to the charging stations on the lot. The irony is that they don't even use the charging stations, so their reserved spots are nothing more than a luxury, free from the worries the rest of us face daily. Even worse, these EV owners pay the same amount in rent as everyone else, despite enjoying this added convenience. This disparity in treatment is incredibly unfair to the rest of us who don't have EVs. I decided to voice my concerns to the property manager, hoping for a fair resolution. However, instead of addressing the problem, he did the opposite and increased the number of reserved spots for EVs. I want to warn anyone considering moving to 210 Main that there are far better options available in the area. Many other apartment complexes in the vicinity have their own garages inside the building, providing plenty of parking spaces for all residents."
