"I am really giving this place a 4.5 star review only because there isn't much closet space at all in the bedroom. This is my second year living in my one bedroom apartment and it's really perfect for one person who doesn't have much stuff. Victor is very nice and was able to help me throughout my leasing process. The maintenance worker, Christopher, is great! He does it all the groundskeeping, plumbing, etc. The year and a few months I have been here, I have really only had two issues and Chris was able to fix them very promptly. It's a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and everyone seems pretty friendly here."

"These apartments need to hire a new office manager and staff. VICTOR IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, do not think twice about renting here, they only care about sucking you dry for your money. Make no repairs, SLUMLORD VICTOR!"

"Lots of trash and shopping carts everywhere. Maintenance crew drove right past all of the mess laughing and joking. It is obvious they do not care. Apartments are absolutely tiny and cramped. As a 6 foot 1 guy, I can touch the ceiling of the bedroom with the whole palm of my hand flat against it. You can def hear everyone talking through the walls and ceilings. Its not worth the market price. The whole area is unfriendly as well. Lots of road rage and aggressive driving throughout the neighborhood. Bad parking too. Could keep going..."

"I currently live here. Office management is awfull! They are just there to look pretty and show apartments to the next victims. Small apartments, high rent, extra charges, unkept garbage disposal areas. I had problems with the sewage for 2 months!!! i even had to call the city all the office could say it was that it was the residents fault for throwing diapers (I have no kids and i don't care. Just fix it!) Looking to move somewhere else and i already know they most likely wont give me my security deposit. Just the way they are."

"Hi, the place was very good for living but for the two bedroom apartment there are no extra closets in the kitchen when compared to single bedroom apartment. The refrigerator and dishwasher was also small. A big closet needed in the kitchen which was not provided. When there are 4 members the refrigerator and dishwasher and closets to be big enough to put stuff. Thanks hope this rewrite is helpful for leasing with apartment."
