Reviews
"The apartments themselves are big and offer a lot of space. The biggest benefit was new washer and dryer when I moved in. But, I would not move to these apartments unless it is your only option financially. There is no accountability when reaching out to management. The building is constantly being sprayed due to roach infestation. The building is very outdated and not very clean even for the over price of rent. There was always someone in my parking space. Never parking on street for guests. Only one parking space per apartment even when offered to pay more for second space."
"My name is Christopher Lett, and I currently live at the Fairleigh Arms in Hackensack, NJ, and I want to share my experience living here. As I was reading one of the reviews, I have to totally disagree with the findings. Sometimes the way you live causes things to happen, but as far as me, First let me say that the management of the property in my eyes is as perfect as one can expect. They let you know about everything that they are doing they might effect us like cutting of the water, things of that nature. Also they kept the building clean, the garbage is emptied each and everyday. Secondly if something goes wrong in your apartment they are right on it. The live in super will come within 24 hrs to excess and fix the problem. Thirdly, I myself have fell behind in rent. When I called Lisa the property manager she was real kind, loving, and understanding, and we work out a plan and today i'm caught up. Thank you Lisa. This building is a safe building, the people look out for each other, hold the elevator, speak, just kind. Thank you Fairliegh Arms for providing a safe haven."
"Unfortunately, you get for what you pay for. The overall experience has been terrible. Mice in the building. Property manager difficult to reach and is not professional. There's no accountability for work requests. I feel we're just bodies occupying a space which we pay for and it's a "business" that collects monthly checks to keep it running. Does the bare minimum to pass inspection, and you know how that goes..."
