"I had to travel 2 hours to get a shot needed for school at this location. The nurse scheduled me to have this shot. I came down and drove 2 hours for this appointment only to have the same nurse who scheduled inform me that I was too early and needed to come 2 months later. I explained the inconvenience and if you knew the date I needed to come back why would you schedule me for the wrong date especially since my address is so far from this location and no one cared or offered any apology on their part. They simply shrugged their shoulders and looked away."
