The woman was awful. even hostile to an elderly lady! She said ‘she has no way to know the price! These people are ahead of you’! “Now she is telling everyone in the waiting room that i am trying to cut in line! She repeated the crazy story that i was trying to cut!Unbelievable! I replied so the folks could hear me i had no intention of cutting in line, only wanted to learn the price! She actually wanted them to be angry at me! A day i will always remember, but would be better off to forget!"
"Best lab and location I have ever been to. Lab work is usually an anxious, and difficult thing for me. It wasn’t like that here. While I was getting my lab work, the man who was doing my stick checked up on me to make sure I was okay. Didn’t hurt at all. Was in and out of the door in 25 minutes. Thank you!"
"I understand a long wait time, but after an hour, I was next in line and waiting in the chairs outside of the blood draw rooms. A man who just finished checking in and had arrived to the office at least 40 minutes after me and had no appointment was hand selected by one of the phlebotomists go next. She pointed at him and said “sir, you’ve been here a while, you’re next.” Even though he had just finished checking in with the people at the counter. I’ve gone to this location many times and had even recommended it to friends, and never have I not had my name called out according to a list. Even an older women next to me said the same thing to me, that she had never experienced anything like this. The phlebotomist continued to practice that same behavior. Finally I was called by a different phlebotomist who was actually following the list. Phlebotomists shouldn’t be able to just randomly decide who goes next. It should be according to a list that shows when people arrived and who has appointments. I am appalled by this behavior. Train your staff properlyz"
