"Very good practice. Been taking my kids here for 20 years"
"Do not use this office even if it takes your insurance and is close to where you live. Update: 8/31/23: I have filed a complaint with the medical review board. Not only did they call me the day of my son's appointment, lie to me and tell me they'd refuse my son service if I walked in there with him, even though his insurance card matched their records and he was on file with them. I had called DOZENS of times to set up a 6month old check up for my son, he is now almost 10 months old and still we had not received a call back. When I finally was able to schedule an appointment today I asked to speak with the manager to complain about not getting a call back over the last 3+ months to make this appointment and I was told "well what do you want me to do about it" by the office manager. After explaining that I wanted complain to the doctor, I was told no, and then she said she was going to hang up now. And she did. So I kept calling back. I called easily over a dozen times, and 5 times the phone was picked up, I was placed on hold, the phone was picked up, and then promptly hung up on. This went on for about a half hour. My husband then placed a call asking for the doctor to call him back on the sooner side because he'd worried about our son's care due to the fact that he has a kidney issue. He got a call back to the doctor, explained our situation, and was able to get my son into a sooner appointment but as far as our other issue go "shed have to look into it".. we're moving to a new office. Never in my, my son's, or my husbands three other kids life involved with this doctors office have we received such... Incompetence and negligence. It's a danger to patients, especially those with health issues. Does anyone answer the phone at this place? Ive been trying to get both my kids in for a month now and I'm either places on hold for an ungodly amount of time, or it's a busy signal."
"Literally the only reason I deal with the unprofessional, rude and just downright awful front desk receptionist is because Dr. Andrews is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Andrews is attentive, patient, great with my son (age 5) and takes his time with each visit ensuring we leave satisfied and without any questions unanswered. However, the front desk receptionist are HORRIBLE. They ask what’s wrong and will condescendingly ask more questions as if the parents are doing something wrong or as if we’re annoying them by calling to make their sick child an appointment. They always seemed bothered and annoyed. They also feel the need to argue with you instead of making an appointment. Now, I am dealing with the fact that I made an appointment for my sons physical with the male receptionist. When I called to confirmed there was no appointment in the books for my son even though I remember making the appointment with that specific receptionist. Today I had a miss call from the office, I called back 20 minutes later. I was told there was an opening but since she called twice with no answer she gave it away. She left no message no nothing. My phone didn’t even ring! It’s as if she let the phone on her side ring once and hung up and given that lady’s unprofessional way of working and just how plain rude she is - I wouldn’t put it passed her. Ridiculous!! Dr. Andrews I applaud you but your front desk receptionist need help!!!"
"Doctors are awesome. Dr. Andrew’s is amazing, and the only reason why we would go there. Front desk staff is absolutely unbearable. If you call and tell them any symptoms of your child while trying to get an apt, they go right ahead and either reprimand you for not calling sooner or telling you that you don’t need an appointment. They’re VERY comfortable giving unsolicited opinions, and their version of medical advice. The man who answered the phone recently basically told me I’m a terrible mother for not taking my son to the ER already based on what I said his symptoms were like, without even looking at my son just talking to me. So we took my son to the ER as per this man’s demand, and …. My son has the common cold. If you can find a better office to go to, I would. ONLY because in order to see a dr, you have to deal with the receptionists answering the phone. If Dr. Andrew’s left we would follow him anywhere."
