"Terrible one person didn't speak English the other person seemed bothered when I had questions regarding my first time purchase of cigarette machine, filters and tobacco. I told him I needed the mildest tobacco he tried to give me pipe tobacco instead. He picked out everything I needed. I rolled some cigarettes then realized there too strong. I find out he gave me the strongest tobacco not the lightest. I contacted the store to see what can be done they said "sorry nothing they can do". Now I'm out $22 due to their employees mistake. I will never go back there nor recommend this store they were not knowledgeable about there products or helpful in customer satisfaction."
