"One of the worst practices I have ever been to. Requested documents, got nothing but attitude from the lady behind the counter, she filed the request form, waiting 3 weeks for a fax that said there were no documents. She SPELT THE NAME WRONG. Went back, requested the documents again and 4 weeks later they tell me they have no way of checking the status and gave me a 3rd party number. Avoid this place like the plague."
