"Just a bad experience. It started with their front desk person not being able to read vaccination records. She told me my dog needed 2 more vaccines before she could be spayed. Since Verizon has no service in this area I had to drive three miles out to get a signal to call my vet to verify the records I just gave them. So then I asked if I could turn around and come back for blood work. Instead of just politely telling me that they made a mistake and I can come and get the blood work. I was told that they were closing in 15 minutes and if I can make it there before closing I can get blood work done. If that wasn't bad enough, either them or the lab messed up the blood work and I had to return the following weekend to have the blood work repeated. The icing on the cake is the dog needs a cone so she won't lick stitches (which is not covered in the cost of the surgery). Not having the correct size. The right thing would have been to send the dog home without one. Instead still promptly collected the money and sent her home with one that was too big which we now have to go to PetSmart and buy her a properly fitting one. I'm just happy my dog is alive after this experience."
