"I called earlier today to schedule an appointment was on hold for over 12 minutes. I hung up as I have a life. I tried online, but a message said I need to call for the test I need. I am on hold now for 29 minutes & 52 seconds. Your customer service is atrocious!"

"Called to schedule an appointment for testing, after 10 minutes of waiting with no response I decided to make the appointment online. Day before I had a question and tried calling, again no response. I never received a confirmation call and no email with instructions, etc. I go to my appointment and was turned away because I was supposed to drink water before the test, which I didn't know because no one ever directed me to. The lady at the desk was extremely rude, unsympathetic, not compassionate, I literally left in tears. The next appointment wasn't until 3 days later which mind you I already waited 5 days to get the appointment. I would not recommend coming here, unprofessional of them to not properly prep you before hand."
