"Posting for a friend so she can keep her identity private. Dr. Bonvicino has the worst bedside manner for her patients, is incredibly rude, and unprofessional as a trusted physician. When my friend decided to stop the birth control pill because of poor side effects, and instead of counseling her on her options, she said “do you want to get pregnant because that’s what is going to happen” and coerced her back into the medication that is making her sick. She also told her the BC shot would make her fat. Who does this? It’s time to retire if you resent your patients this much."
"Can’t say enough great things about North Dover. Every single doctor is so kind and caring. They all have made me feel like a person and not a patient. Dr. Saini is the most incredible doctor i have ever been seen by. She makes sure all your needs are met and treats you like you’re her only patient. HIGHLY recommend north dover!"
"Now that I have found a practice I love to deliver my first child, I can confidently say I would never recommend this practice to anyone, ever. Most of the receptionists have been unfriendly, and continued to give me wrong information every time I went there which nearly compromised some of my OB appointments. There's a very clear lack of communication between receptionists, nurses and doctors because in one visit you can be told a different thing from each of them - I'm very glad my husband got to see it first hand instead of me calling him after each appointment complaining. As a first time mother, this is NOT the practice to trust with the delivery of your child."
"I went to their Forked River office for the first time for my annual exam. I usually go to the Toms River office but when scheduling, I wanted a certain date which was available if I was willing to go to Forked River. It was very easy to find. The staff was friendly and the appointments were running on schedule. The reception area and exam room were clean. My appointment was with Kelsey Denning, APN. She is thorough and I feel comfortable with her."
"Had an appointment at 3:20 today. Everything went great from check in to getting my vitals done and when the doctor came in I was told to that I needed to get a glucose test done. She said because my last two babies were almost 10 pounds. I went to check out to schedule my appointment for the glucose test and I gave the lady at the front desk my schedule that I would be able to come any day the week of 2/1. The lady at the desk said the doctor wanted me to get the test done within two weeks which this date falls within. I have specific days I can come for appointments because I also have three other children and need to make sure I have someone to watch them. The lady at the front desk went and told the medical assistant and the medical assistant came back and said I needed to get the test done within a certain amount of time. I told the medical assistant what worked best for my schedule and she just didn’t care. She said to me not to be mean this test needs to be done because of your weight. Which it didn’t have to be. It’s because my children are bigger babies. I said well if I can bring my other three kids then yeah I can come next week she said well we are in the middle of a pandemic nastily. Well who doesn’t know we are. The medical assistant was very nasty.. she told me then I need to find a grandparent or someone to watch my kids. Then she proceeds to ask where my children’s father is. When I don’t know why that matters. He works and it’s difficult for my husband to get off of work. The way the medical assistant acted on 1/19 at 4:00 was unacceptable. This was at the Lacey location. I told the medical assistant she shouldn’t talk to a patient like that. I work in the medical field and I would never talk to a patient or treat one like how I was treated. Something needs to be done with this. God only knows how many other patients were treated like this by this lady. Other wise the doctor was great and the lady at the front desk was great."
