"Mailed pkg thru USPS Aug 24 in Yonkers bound for Philippines. It's almost a month now and it's still in Westchester, NY? What kind of service is this????"

"What a great company ! I had a high end furniture move delivering to the Hudson valley from NYC , JFK Cartage did the pickup and setup a transfer to Westchester Putnam Freight . Westchester did the final white glove delivery and their 4 man team was amongst the best! Alex was the manager from Westchester and really coordinated the whole move , very resposive... Charlie and Joe from JFK were great on the pickup portion . Thanks so much for the perfect pickup and delivery."

After calling many companies nearby no one wanted to take on our 2 month long project requiring 5 dedicated trucks daily with multiple turns. The team here not only kept pace but worked preemptively to avoid problems from my shipper before they happened. I do this project all over the country in different states and this company was one of the best, the dispatchers, drivers, customer service and even billing all cared to a great degree and took pride in their execution. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled being that its hard to not only find a quality trucker, but one that actually "thinks & works outside the trailer" so to speak! "I had a horrible experience with this company. My shipment was supposed to arrive in 5 days and it is now 10 days and I still did not receive my shipment. Every time we call them they tell us a different time, then different day. Today I called their 845 number and the guy that answered the phone said the truck will now show up maybe today (after I paid 2 guys to stand around all day waiting for this shipment) and if I had a problem with it for me to call tomorrow and speak with his manager, then proceeded to hang up on me. JUST AWFUL!"
