"They claim they came and I didn't answer my phone, and didn't want to come back once I called them. Come to find out they called the wrong num. After I called previous of them coming to find out of they, had my appointment set up to come get me. They do not care , and won't show up... and I had to go to urgent care after my first appointment and they claim they never got the arrangement from medical transportation.... won't ever call them again"

"Never on time for appointments even when they are sceduled to be picked up every day at the same time! Leaves person sitting ourside in 100 degree weather waiting for ride for 45 mins when they get picked up the same time every day! They never show up on time! And its funny that they wrote their own reviews since the owners name is right there! And everthing i posted in my review is 100% factual and has nothing to do with her. It has to do with people being left to wait 45 min on in downtown newburgh 3 days in a row!"

"I was picked up by a female driver, whose name I wont risk spelling for fear I will get it wrong, after a brutal appointment. She helped me into the car and kept decent conversation over the course of the ride home. At the end, she walked me all the way to my door and helped me on the stairs. I really appreciated this because the company I used to use picked me up and dropped me of like cattle. Never going back! I will say I wish they had some water in the car because the journey was a bit long and Id forgotten my bottle. My driver encouraged me to post a review or/and return and offered the company card. Overall great experience."
