"So While every truck that come to my job delivering items without a problem or an accident. A co worker fro a duie Pyle with the last name Cabrera. Decided that only is he goin to destroy my car door but deliver the packages to my job then leave. Now is that a hit n drop off and run? This Incident happened earlier this year also they’ve been giving the runaround about getting it fixed. Hoping they were gonna send a check to get my door and mirror fixed. I paid out of pocket to get my front suspension done. I never write bad reviews and this is my very first. Very upset customer and worker and very upset that a driver with class A CDL does something so unprofessional fleeing the seen keeping his job. I got no help still to this day. Calling A.D.P corporate was a waste, I was on hold or leaving messages to them. Maybe they don’t believe me or something and I sent them pics of the car before entering it and sent surveillance footage to a state trooper getting a report directly to A.D.P. I jus dont see why my car insurance would need to go up because some sum driver couldn’t own up and stick around for what he did."

"Picking up pallet of material is quick and efficient. Restricted pick up hours of 3 - 6 are a challenge. Gave Vic my pro # and licence at 5:45 - 10 minutes later driving away."

"Horrible experience! Delivery window was 2:30-5:30 I called at 3:30 to get an ETA and was told the driver would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour passed and I called again and was told he is 16 miles away and driving 60mph. So another hour passed and I call again and was told he is 3 miles away Needless to say it is 5:30pm and I call again to get more stories. 20 minutes later I get a call from the driver that he is on the thru way driving back to Newburgh. So I guess part of a driver's job is not completing his route. I am livid at this point.My time is valuable and I was obviously the only one who thought so. Guess what. I call again 6:15pm and they connect me with the boss Victor who was very apologetic but at this point apologies are an insult. He assured me that when the driver got to Newburgh that he would get my cabinet and send it with another driver. Long story short, he did what he said and sent a lovely gentleman Kevin to deliver it 7:45pm and it has arrived. The star is for Victor and Kevin, otherwise this companies operator's and dispatcher are full of it I hope to never have to deal with A Dule PYLE again PYLE of BS!"
