"The driver came a couple minutes before I asked and gave me peace of mind that I’d get to work on time. Dispatch was very helpful and called me when my driver was outside so I didn’t have to stand by the door. The driver was very respectful and accommodating considering i had 2 bags and 2 coffee cups and even offered to hold his own coffee to let me use both cup holders :) the company and driver both definitely made my morning much easier. I would 100% ride with them again"

"Times I’ve used Bob’s taxi when other taxi companies I previously called either took too long to show up or they were no shows. Bob’s taxis showed up quickly getting me to either work or home or other destinations. Dispatchers on the phone polite and courteous so was the cab drivers. Using Bob’s taxis service at random for a number of years. Overall been a very happy customer with times calling them. Yeehaw!"

"I had an emergency situation this morning and needed to get home. No other taxi services were available including the ones that claimed to be 24 hour services. Bob's Quality Transportation was the ONLY one to pick up the phone and the transaction was simple. It was 4 a.m. I'm thankful that they accept Cash App and Zelle as well because I didn't have my card on me. It was a terrible situation but I'm so grateful for the kindness and consideration that was shown. They also arrived pretty quickly and weren't far from my location. I got where I needed to go without any issues and the price was pretty reasonable too especially since my home was about an hour away from where they had to pick me up from. 5 stars. Thank you so much!!"

"Driver picked me up in time the switchboard operator was pleasant and coordinated all pickup and drop off to and from my home and to my destination which was work. I had a pleasant driver with a wonderful careful drive to work. Overal a very pleasant experience and I was without a ride from a friend not showing up to bring me to work and the cab company resolved my situation."
