CityMD Inwood Urgent Care - Manhattan

"Front desk staff was very friendly and i was seen quickly. However, I was ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED with the medical staff. If you have the option, skip this place and just go to the ER. After being told by their virtual staff that my condition was too severe to treat over a virtual appointment, I went in having the effects of a stomache bug or food poisoning for a week. They rushed my appointment and didn't really listen to my concerns or answer my questions. I showed them the over the counter medicine I was taking and asked if there was anything stronger since I couldn't keep anything in. They said yes and wrote me a prescription for the exact same medication I showed them that I was taking. All of this was over two weeks ago and they still haven't called me to discuss the lab results of the sample I provided. The lab notified me the next day, that the results were ready. Waste of my time and provided no solution or assistance in my recovery. Luckily, I was able to get my primary care doctor to explain my results and get me better. Unfortunately, I suffered longer than needed because I put my faith in this place to help me."

"First & last time I go to this location! I always go to the Allen pavilion for my visit I don't know what made me go here . There are pretty fast here but the staff are different. I was put in a room to wait for the doctor after 10 minutes of walking in but the doctor was old and rude frist of I said hello when he came in the room didn't gread me well the first word he said Where WHY ARE YOU HERE & I was telling him why & He walked AWAY & came back to the room gave me a sling for my finger & left said come back tomorrow! When I went back the next day it was packed and the person in the front desk was on the location phone chatting about her personal life telling me to sign in when I was told the day before just to t wake in and get exrays doctor's seen me n told me my finger was broken. Didn't give me no pain meds when I call to get some they Tell ME I have to be seen aging to get meds Left me in pain & calling my next appointment for my finger I don't refure this location to anyone"

"The level of customer service is amazing. The front desk Jailene, Alejandra, Carla and manager Roseiny always make us feel welcomed. Always make sure that we don’t wait too long and are taken care of as quickly as possible. Very grateful for their service. Dr.Garcia and Dr. Castillo and the staff are excellent."

"This place looks great on the outside and the inside but unfortunately it doesn’t match the personalities, professionalism, and courtesy that is expected from staff. Anyone would love barely doing anything, sitting behind a counter, and doing absolutely nothing but chit chat and gossip. How can anyone be miserable especially that the place just opened and staff already look miserable. If you are not properly trained or don’t have the heart for this job, then you should definitely not be working in a place where people are coming in unhappy, concerned for their health, and/or not feeling well. A smile, a good morning/good afternoon, a little courtesy, understanding, and compassion go a very long way. It’s all about money here and no priority towards patients. Certain staff members are very rude like the one with the stars on her neck and the condescending colonizer who is probably annoyed that she has to deal with people of color or minorities which ever way you want to put it. I tried my very best to keep this as nice as can be because honestly they definitely deserved a mouthful but I was sick and not up to dealing with pure ignorance. My temperature wasn’t even taken, the doctor never saw me, and had it not been because I asked questions, I would have only given the results and dismissed not even asking one thing."
