"Front staff who handles phone/ appointments schedules are not at all attentive or helpful from my personal experience. I approached twice giving the same run arounds!! The person said there is no fax number, there is no manger whom I can speak with regarding my concerns. I am established person at Mount Sinai and dealing with difficulties to see a specialist,, This is creating unnecessary delays in care! Please address!"

"August 2022 - Very Good. I've been a patient at the clinic for a little over one year. Compared to where I was, it's Nirvana... Professional, immaculate facilities, EXCELLENT referrals for me to Mt. Sinai CARDIOLOGY and OPTHAMOLOGY....The clinic, though, is noticeably lacking in adequate mental health care. There is no psychiatric counseling (either individually or group) available to patients outside of perhaps one"virtual" (ugh) group. You are referred to a "mindfulness" (not for me) center or another Mt. Sinai clinic. I haven't yet grasped why it is so difficult to find adequate, in-person (not virtual or phone/talk therapy - my God, NO) mental healthcare anywhere in NYC. The clinic is innovative and on top of advances in medical care, and on Medicaid, that is great. I strongly urge you to come to your appointments prepared with any questions you may have for your physician and be HONEST with your doctor. Overall, things are coming together for me and I am very glad I am with them. They earn another star."

"Love the staff here. The nurses and doctors have always been friendly, helpful and gone above and beyond. My only bad experience has been being a patient of Arroyo’s. Someone with his rude and arrogant demeanor matched with his lack of basic interest and consideration for the welfare of the patients he serves should not have the privilege of serving the public. Times must be really hard in the medical field for this guy to still have a job. Jack Martin, do everyone a favor and find another psychiatrist for us. This is not cutting it and I’ve had to seek help outside of my usual Mount Sinai network. It would be much appreciated."
