"This place is super Unprofessional I have been trying to call this clinic the entire morning to the afternoon trying to set up an appointment for my bc refill. Someone is literally declining the calls. Now this can cause some serious fall out why wouldn't you answer the line for your patients its absolutely ridiculous never coming back to this place."
"Even after being a patient here for years, it amazes me how there have been no improvement to communication for appointments and between doctors. I was having a sensitive procedure being done and the doctor was having a full on conversation with the intern about what neighborhoods they were living in, I've had the reception make consultations with the wrong doctors for me. So many broken promises from doctors to help. Just a nightmarish waster of time at the expense of your health."
"I’ve been going here for over 10 years off and on. First, they don’t have enough appointments for the medical recommendations and treatments they prescribe because they’re always canceling appointments at the last min at least for dental. This leaves one with anxiety and constantly out of care. But the dental work is good if you can get it constantly. Good luck. Less chatting gets you more. Primary care is shift as well and most of the time they are rude practitioners because they’re pushing patient after patient. Still better than nothing…"
"Though I don't go there often, I can say that I've taken my daughter there through the years and now she takes her children. The front staff can be iffy when they are overwhelmed. You can see the push for them to be nice and that still needs some work. The main complaint I have is that they only have 1 dentist who is actually very good and she is pleasant. The problem being the ONLY dentist is that their appointments are 3 - 4 months from the time you call. I just called and the woman told me the end of June or sometime in July. Not good!!!!!"
"The service was horrible, customer service was rude and they rescheduled my dentist appointment 3 times, and I had to wait months for the next appointment. I don't have issuance so in that time rates increased and I asked for a discount due to them rescheduling me and they declined. Once I finally made it to my appointment the new dentist was rude and overworked. She even had the audacity to ask if I wouldn't mind rescheduling my appointment. I refused, she cleaned my teeth but her equipment din't even work. The hygienist was training, which annoyed me because they conversed in Spanish the entire time which I thought was rude. They were clearly using me to help this young lady learn the ropes, which would have been fine if I was at dental school and paying half price. They take advantage of the fact that they are across from the projects. Thankfully I will be getting new issuance soon and will never return. This place is disgusting and needs to be reviewed by the dept of health."
