"Rude and arrogant! I went there today to have a surgical consultation by Dr. Lovecchio but instead him along with a few others doctors talked poorly about me on the other side of the door. Then Dr. Lovecchio did not even have the courtesy of seeing me himself. My body was not even examined yet I was refused surgery. Seems like you're more afraid of me being a liability than my quality of life. None of you even know me or my story yet your so indifferent and judgemental. You spent more time discussing my weight then you did my most recent MRI. I am totally disgusted by this clinic, the doctors, and the way you guys operate."

"Disrespectful!!! I've been waiting to see a Dr. since 1:06pm. It's now 3:11pm and I'm STILL waiting!!! This ia ridiculous for a hospital that's supposed to be 1 of the best in the country. And this, after waiting over 6 MONTHS just to GET the appointment!!! I left work before 12:30pm, and by the time i see a Dr. it'll probably be time to get off!!!"

"I went half an hour before the appointment time. The lady in the lobby didn't even have the courtesy to answer my questions. After waiting 2 hours in the lobby, I was let in. After waiting for the doctor in the room for two hours, he told me the hospital was busy only after I asked them how long it will take and when I asked the attendant if the doctor would come, he said if you want, make an appointment again, I don't know when he will come. The doctor came and went 4 times to another room and didn't even greet us. I couldn't wait any longer and although I was there half an hour before my appointment time, I waited 4 hours and returned without examination. There is a lot of discrimination. Employees do not work, they just chat and laugh. As we were leaving my husband got a phone call saying we didn’t show up to the appointment at all, which isn’t true because we were there for 4 hours. Do not recommend to anyone. It’s a very very bad place."

"The best surgical outcomes in orthopedics, anywhere in the world, year after year after year (I believe their #1 streak is at 13 years in a row, now!) Because the doctors, nurses, janitorial and maintenance staff, housekeeping and scheduling, social workers, everyone is working for the same goal: to give the patient the absolute best. And it works! I can not recall ever seeing a dirty area, or even a puddle from a spilled soda or coffee, that wasn't immediately swept, mopped and dried. Every person knows their job, and they do it promptly and professionally. You know you're in a world class medical facility within minutes. It shows everywhere you look."
