"Worst is Clinic ever I am 35 weeks I called to form that I was running 15 minutes late after I got here the doctor did not want to see me at all . When they are always running one hour to 30 mins late. And nobody comes to you to give you an explanation."

"The absolute worst clinic. They constantly reschedule your appointments , pushing them further and further Back. I am 37 weeks pregnant and they’ve changed my appointment 3 times !! The next time I’ll see a doctor is probably when i go into labor ! They do not care about their patients at all . Avoid this place at all cost ."

"The only establishment within the NYP network where the quality of care is completely short of quality and attention to the patient. I have navigated several departments within NYP, and after my recent call to the Women's Health Clinic (as a potential patient), the level of attention the receptionist had was disgraceful. At first, the person (whose name starts with a J), offered a polite greeting. As the call continued, however, it became apparent they had complete disregard of professionalism and of what it means to be a representative. When I explained my reasons for calling, they began to speak to someone else about another patient's insurance. At some point, they must have noticed I was on the line and rather than ask to be placed on hold, they abruptly switched on the typical waiting music. When they returned to my call, they did not apologize for placing me on hold in that manner. "J" then began to ask for my personal details and would proceed to unexpectedly place me on hold three more times, once while I was speaking mid-sentence! After the fourth time, when my verbal cues demonstrated my obvious frustration, "J" said "sorry". I was then presented with an issue regarding health insurance. Despite advising them of the inaccuracies, "J" said they could not schedule me because the insurance they had on file, which I mentioned was inactive, was active on their end. Whether it is an issue on the clinic's software system or some other technical problem, I have not been met with an issue of updating insurance anywhere else. I have used my current insurance for about 2 years now and have not been presented with any complication of transference in any other facility. Although I was tempted to end the call after the receptionist’s dismissiveness, I held on because there is a long waitlist for GYN appointments as a new patient anywhere. Note: If you are a looking at this clinic as new patient, be prepared to be scheduled for an appointment sometime in 2021. Nevertheless, my call ended without an appointment and with an unpleasant attitude."
