"I think you really want to avoid here if your condition is more serious because it could be dangerous. The place was a bit better when it was at old location. This is affordable and quick check up clinic but admin is an absolute mess to the point you can't even make an appointment and/or they assign you without even asking and miss the appointments without your knowledge. And there's NO WAY you can communicate with them. But most concerning is their sloppiness for the medication. They don't refill your meds and not even answering calls which potentially lead your health to a risk."

"Very unprofessional . What is the point of giving patients an appointment when make them wait for 2 hours. They are so friendly with the homeless around there , that they give them access to to patients' toilet at anytime. The waiting area is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the lady who take care the medicals appointments at he front desk is rude to people , she always on her phone. I won't return there. That's it. I'm switching to another doctor office."

"I’ve been coming here for several years, the front desk is always on point and makes sure to accommodate you as best they can. Doctor Yana is wonderful, she listens, is very thorough and doesn’t leave anything behind. She explains everything in a way everyone can understand. She also finds solutions with you for you to have different outlets to get better. The practice is super well located and takes most insurance. There’s a great coffee shop nearby if you have a little wait too :)"
