"My personal evaluation of this store is very bad. Their service attitude is very poor and feels racist. The manager and employees are not polite. When I walked into the store, first they ignored me. I didn’t think anything. I thought they It was very busy, so I just waited. After waiting for a long time, they not only didn't come to help, but also told us to leave if we didn't buy anything. We were obviously coming here to spend money, but they didn't even serve us. How did we know we should do it? How to buy it, they even looked at us with a kind of racially impatient look, like we didn't deserve what they had in their store. This makes me very angry. I think this store is terrible. If they make rectifications or apologize, I will still be willing to continue to shop here. If they still don't make corrections, I will never come back to this store again. I can forget about the poor service, but they are racist and I feel personally insulted."

"The store hours need to be changed to the correct hours of operation. It stops a lot of communication frustrations between the staff and the workers. It say 8p close and when I got there at 735p everything was closed the doors and system. Only good was that when I called the staff was pleasant and answered my questions"

"Very rude staff, got to this store at 7:40 to removed an alarm that was on my Nike jogger pants I received from my online order. Two workers came to the door, 1 Hispanic & 1 black kid with braids and said they are closed, I showed him the online search results that shows the store hours are showing open & they wasted a lot of time debating me about the time they close rather than assisting me with my merchandise. I asked for the reps name and he refuse. You work as a store salesperson sir, you name tag is something that should not be hidden. These incompetent people they have working at these places give the establishment a bad name. Will not shop here EVER!!"

"Remarkable customer service. It's only been open a bit over 2 weeks now. I asked for a hoodie but this location didn't have it. The employee didn't hesitate to have it shipped to my abode free of charge. Purchased on friday ,delivered on monday"
