"PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! Especially if you ever decide to have a change in decision making. They clearly do not cater to the needs of the public. How is it that if you just leave a store and come back 3 mins later and say wait can I exchange the bottle for a different one for the same price it’s not acceptable. I literally just left but according to the employee who worked there said(who was very nonchalant about everything), “once you leave the door you cannot exchange.” He also said his boss would fire him if an exchange was done, if that is the case shame on the boss. We are human and sometimes a second thought may happen and certain exceptions should be made especially in my situation. I told the employee I remembered that this drink had made me sick last time so I wanted to exchange for a different bottle for the same price. I can understand if someone was gone for a long time but I literally had just left the store. The only reason why I even came to the store is because THE HUB warehouse liquor store had a long line outside their business. They have better prices anyway, plus if an exchange is needed they would allow it. You guys just opened up and already quality customer service is being displayed poorly, it’s bad enough there is not a huge selection on your drinks and they are overpriced. Not a great way to bring into the New Year or open business. I will never be coming here again. It’s the principle. Don’t waste your time people, just go to THE HUB and no I do not have any affiliation either The Hub that is just my primary liquor store I go to. Much better service in my opinion. Anywho, Happy New Year everyone. PS The store looks NOTHING like the pictures that are being displayed! False advertisement all the way."

"They haven't gotten a shipment in about 2 months so I'm sure they are losing their "regulars" I used to go there almost every day but over the past 3 or 4 months they never have anything in stock. Apparently the owner went away on vacation and is just not placing orders for inventory so anyone who goes there regularly is probably out of luck on getting what they normally get. I find it a waste of time going there now. If they actually knew how to order to supply the demand of the customer it would be a great little spot to run into to grab what you need.... but it's not anymore.... also the pictures on this listing are NOT of the store.... it's a small run down store not a big show room of a variety of brands... I hope they get their act together."
