"Convenient BUT the staff is not friendly and barely say hello. Yesterday again, loud music inside couldn't hear a thing because he was playing the music and when I asked for a selection, he did not care at all. I left saying that was not professional, I could easily see that he did not care! I definitely prefer now to go to the nice and friendly one on Vernon Bvd."

"Placed an order for a party and ordered too much, so I called asking if it's possible for a return on the unopened bottles. He said no because it is against the law and they're liable if someone gets sick. First, it's not against state law and it's fine if you don't accept returns but have a clearly stated return & exchange policy both online and in-store. State law states a store is legally required to post their refund policy. If the store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept your return within 30 days of purchase. but okay that's fair. But what's not fair is that he started making excuses saying that liquor doesn't go bad, okay I know that and he was yelling on the phone that I was harassing and threatening him. Honestly I'd drink the liquor but I've got ten bottles of opened spirits in addition to these two unopened ones. Next time I'm just going to Astor Wines where they have a full return policy."

"Good local wine store! They have a strong domestic and international selection for being a rather small store, in addition they carry a rather wide selection of liquors as well. Prices are consistent with what you would pay elsewhere, no gouging, which is great to see. From time to time they run 10-15% off specials which are always appreciated, although you do need to ask for the discount to be applied at checkout. Staff are always friendly and will help if you ask or let you browse without bugging you."
