"The ER is a waste of time, you’ll end up more sick if you come here. Warning! Do not come here after 12 pm!!! You’ll surely die with reckless care. First the waiting time is extremely long, some staff are unprofessional and the doctors don’t care at all because they’re just trying to get rid of you so they can get off at the end of their shift. The ER really needs evaluation"
"This hospital is very slow, way to much staff just walking around for patients not to be seen. I arrived at the hospital at 11:30 and didn’t get seen for a CT scan until 4 o clock. I would never go here again or recommend anybody to go here even on their death bed"
"I wish the city hospital can do something about the way the pharmacy function , very bad systems. You must take an entire day off from work to get your meds , so inefficient and always raising shoulders as if the don’t know or cannot speak up when something does not work what’s being implemented…. We are paying taxes for this !!!!!!"
"My mother in law called to speak to her husband who had been there for a week. Nurse told her that he was MISSING and there was no record of him leaving or discharge papers available. How does an 85 year old man, who can't walk, go MISSING? How do you not notify his family that he is no longer in your care? This is grossly abhorrent professionalism. I am disgusted by the way this facility treated him during his stay and never returned any calls to his POA to give updates on his status."
