The prices they offered me matched or beat other pharmacies that I searched through, including websites that compile different pharmacies' prices, like GoodRx. I didn't always get through to a person, but when there were technical difficulties I spoke to Joe who apologized and helped me himself. It's not often you can speak directly to the owner of a business, without asking. Metro Drugs received the 4 prescriptions from my wife's doctor and processed them within a few hours. I provided payment information over the phone and they then shipped the drugs overnight to us. They arrived about 20 hours later in what appears to be good condition. The drug that was supposed to be cold was still cold, and none of the medications appeared open or damaged. We have no complaints"
