"This WAS a good pharmacy, but they redesigned the whole store, and now you can't get anything without asking for it. It's inconvenient, and it seems like bad business, since it kills any impulse buys. If you go in for Tylenol, you ask for it and get it, but you never see something else, and say "Oh, I think I'll buy that, too." And you also have a hard time comparing. You want a generic acetaminophen, not Tylenol. Which size? Which is the cheapest? You can't just look at the choices and pick one. They have to take every one down, one at a time, and show them to you, one at a time. I try to always use a local pharmacy, but this has made me change my local pharmacy."

"On December 31 my son went to pick up my medication after receiving a call from an agent on December 29 stating that my prescription has been fill. Upon going to the Pharmacy, the Pharmacist Brian as he claims his name is along with 2 agents determined that they had NO prescription available for me until January 5. Even though they filled the prescription and denied me my medication. Pharmacist, claimed to me that he is not responsible for my medication. I even stated that this is NOT the service received from the previous Pharmacist Steve. He claimed that he does not know the previous owner and don't care who the hell Steve the previous Pharmacist is. Sad as our neighborhood business now changed. I am moving my prescription."

"I just called in, really really needed my medicine and unfortunately they repeatedly refused to let me in after 6:45 and said they close the gates. Why, then, is the closing time 7:00? The closing time should then be 6:45 if they are ‘closing gates at 6:45?’ Are they in a rush to leave? My doctor had prescribed me antibiotics, I feel like I am dying but could not get any medication due to their heartlessness. Called again and again, but nobody picked up."

"SUPPORT LOCAL PHARMACIES! The chain pharmacies have their appeal. But you will never receive a reminder call about your prescription from Walgreens. Nobody from CVS will take the time to help you maximize your insurance benefits. These folks are absolutely terrific and critical to my Healthcare management. And the store is freshly renovated!"
