"Why did yall let notti died"
"If I could give no stars i would. All of the bad reviews for this are deserved. I came her for an emergency room visit and was completely ignored repeatedly. The staff here spend more time giggling and talking to each other than they do with their patience. Waited for my son to come back from a CT scan for 2 hours. Three doctors triage him one after the other with no idea of the information given prior. They discharged my son with out telling anyone. No one communicates with the patience. For 3-4 hours no one spoke to me about anything. Shift changed and no one introduced themselves to let you know who will be handling your care. Thos place is horrible. I would rather go to Lincoln hospital instead of here and Lincoln hospital is known for killing people. They only way to n get result is to be irate or angry and loud for someone to pay attention to you or give a care. This place should not be training future doctors. The training here would greatly impact the health care industry in a negative way. This is like high school here. The giggle and talk to each other but do only part of their work. HORRIBLE PLACE. ADDITUDE CENTRAL. POOR BEDSIDE MANOR. POOR COMMUNICTORS. LAZY PASSING THE BUCK STAFF."
"It's official , this hospital is a mess . I arrived at the emergency entrance with a head injury, checked in and waited a couple of hours before my name was called . I was then taken to a area to do additional check in and then was seated in a "fast track " area that was actually disorganized and slow . Three patients who arrived after me were seen before me and when I pointed this out to a hospital employee I eventually was seen by a Doctor. The Doctor ordered a CT Scan and hours went by but no one from Radiology came to retrieve me , although the Radiology Dept was picking up people that came after me. The disorganization was amazing , Radiology came to pick up a person who canceled their CT scan 30 minutes earlier but they were still unable to take me. I complained again , I asked for the Doctor, I asked for the Manager, the Doctor arrived and proceeded to expedite my CT Scan . The Radiology Dept never came to pick me up , the Doctor personally took me over . It appears that my CT scan was ordered and mysteriously canceled, why?? , by who?? After the CT Scan , no one came to escort me back to the Fast Track area therefore the Radiologist had to do it . I was the longest patient waiting that came through ER on the day that I was there. The Doctor was great but the hospital is a mess . PS . The manager never showed up to speak to me ."
"Im in the ER and still here since 830am and still here please please they treat dogs better than what they do humans this night shift"
"Family went here for years. When my dad passed away- here ironically- I asked for copies of his medical records. I didn't hear back. I contacted medical records by phone. They asked for a second request in writing. I sent it. No records were sent. I called and they said they didn't get the request so I faxed the original. NEVER GOT RECORDS. We moved and Statute of limitations passed so I never got the records. After so many decades of care we were very upset by the lack of concern and care for our needs. Unacceptable."
