After four years his firm was not able to renew my green. he cannot be reached at Miami office, no office manager. He cannot be reached by phone in Miami, I cannot make an appointment to see him was told by office secretary, I could not even make telephone appointment. I am in process of complaining to Tallahassee, Fl about Mr. Goldstein LLP and Florida Bar Association. Staff in his Miami office is very rude and hung-up Tel on you, after many calls for 4 years, I was only able to speak with Ms. Stephanie his legal assistant/Aid in New York twice. I told her, I am willing to spend up to $40,000 to sue and disbarred him. Further I am planning to write article and complain about Mr. Goldstein performance to Miami Herald, Boston Globe, LA times, and local Hispanic and Nation TV."

"I was referred to Pozo and Frieda by a friend of Frieda. In October of 2018. I made an appointment and went into see Frieda first , Frieda told me her husband Pozo will come to New York from Florida the following week . I met with Pozo and discussed my deportation case .I asked Pozo if he can win my case ? Pozo answered and I quote ‘If I cannot win your case he won’t take up my case’ . I paid him his fee in advance which he asked for. And then my nightmare started . Pozo Goldstein had young staff who were not qualified to handle my case. The staff were young paralegals and were inexperienced. I recalled once I had to submit a set of documents twice ,because the Young paralegals did not file my documents as it should. I was always dealing with their inexperience paralegals in Florida and I lived in New York. My case was tried and Pozo lost my case, He nor Frieda did not had the courtesy to let me know they lost my case . I received a mail from immigration stating I lost my case . I called Pozo and Frieda and they said they are going to keep in touch with me to see if they can help in any other way . Until today 09/05 2023 ,I have never heard from them . This is what is happening to helpless people like myself. ,Attorneys like Pozo and Frieda take advantage by taking clients money and promises the clients they will win their case , not knowing for sure if they can win your case. I have a very complicated case , my point here is that if Attorneys like Pozo and Frieda cannot win Your case , they should return clients hard earned dollars , We do not make big pay day like these Attorneys , who prey on poor and I mean poor hard working individuals working for lesser than minimum wages .. I do not know how these same Attorneys just want to rob clients .. how do they live with themselves ???? Do not want to give any star on their reviews, but if I do not click on a star ,I won’t able to post my experience with this Law Firm. Please be aware !!"
