"This place is horrible, scammers to the fullest. They will charge the insurance and then call the patient to say they have to repeat the test to then charge the patient full price. This is ilegal and patients should sign a form saying they agree to pay full price for a repeated test that has been already paid by the insurance company. Patients shouldnt have to pay for repeated test due to this facilities scamming ways or poor knowledge on how to perform tests the correct way."
"Do not contribute to this business. Very poor customer service. The receptionist falsified information. Ive been sitting here since 12:30pm and its now 1:49pm. I asked the receptionist if I was registered he lied and said yes. 15 minutes later I see him placing my file to be called, mind you everyone who has came in before me has left. The receptionist is very argumentative, he doesn’t acknowledge the customers. Once I called him out on lying about my file he said my insurance was not covering the XRAYs. I called my insurance and they stated it was a lie. I ended up paying $75 dollars for one xray and then again the receptionist lied and said my card was declined.. The staff continues to walk back and forth and all make smart remarks. I will be filing a formal complaint against this business. This should not be happening to anyone who is paying for a service. This is beyond horrible service..."
"Try to avoid this clinic go to the others. Place was empty. I went to get an MRI on me on Wed Oct.16 after I was done I asked for a CD. They told me to get a doctor's note or it costs $10 for a CD. Who knows mabey they need the $10 for lunch money. I called the next day on Thursday Oct 17 and told them I was going to see my doctor on Tuesday Oct 22 that I needed the report and a CD. They said the report will be ready on Monday Oct 21 and that I can pick it up the report and CD on Monday morning. I ask him if there was a charge for a CD he no if it's my first one. I called on Monday Oct 21 and they told me the report wasn't ready. They apologized and they didn't know what was the hold up. They said they will get in contact with the facility on 190th Street and ask the manager to put a rush on the report but I was not going get it on time for my appointment. I then asked about a copy of the CD and that I didn't want to pay $10. He told me the first copy is free every additional is a cost unless a doctor request it. I told him that they was charging me $10 and it was my first copy and first time there. I asked for it as soon as I came out the room. They knew it was my first. They have a written sign on there desk stating a CD costs $10. He said no and they are not supposed to charge for the first CD he apologized. He told me to pick up the CD at a different facility because they have a few facilities and they are all connected on the same system. I went to the one on Madison on 119th Street and they gave me the CD . They didn't have a sign asking for $10 for a CD. When I asked if there was a charge for a CD they said no."
"Today I went to the 190th location for this office and my first encounter with the front desk was an unprofessional woman who basically told me that “sorry” Doctor called out sick and you have to re-schedule. I unfortunately did not obey her tuned And told her it was her job to book me another location today since she failed to call me to let me know my appointment was cancelled. She refused to do it , gave me look, attitude and yes i got upset and loud because i have to request 2 weeks prior in my job to get a day to see my Doctor. She doesn't change that. In my medical condition i have to get things done when the Doctor says so. I will do what i need to do for my health regardless. She does not belong at a place where people are ill and sensitive. She needs out!!!!! On a positive note her co-worker, a very professional gentleman took the situation to the next level, asked me politely to come down which i did and i followed his instructions and now i am on my way to a different location which i hope i can be seen soon. My procedure requires me not to eat from the day before, and you dont want to cross me right now. Bottom line, that woman needs to retrain on customer service skills that she has clearly never had and the gentleman needs to be a front desk trainer/manager. The end."
"I just had the worse expirience ever, I used to send patients to this location, without knowing the bad customer service they have. At first yesterday I called to set up an appoitment for a us bilateral ultrasound and they told me, you dont need an appoitment for it, that i could just walk in, I even contacted the providers relations person that uses to stop by the office to see hows everything is going, with the reports and custumer services, he told me the same thing that they dont required appoitments for that exam, today at 9:02 Am, i walked in to the center in 190 and broadway and i was told by their receptionist (Massiel) that they dont do walk ins, i explained her that i had call yesterday and the person who answered the phone told me i didnt need one, she didnt even let me finish talking and told “well we dont take walk ins” because it takes a long time for that exam ‘with an atituded. Its really unfair that they are giving such a bad custumer service, now i feel that all the patients i did referred them have such as bad expirienced like me. I have been working in the medical field for the past 6 years and i have never expienced such a bad manners and such an unpleasant moment like this, custumers service is one of the most important quality that any medical setting must have."
