"Arrived at 7 for a 7:30am appointment, finished by 8:15, came back at 1:50pm and had a new passport by 2. Shame it only works if you're in dire straits and have upcoming travel, but I'm quite happy that an expedited service exists!"

The entire process took very short period of time. My flight was scheduled in 48 hours and I was able to pick up like 20 hours before my flight."
