"The checkin process via mobile device was modern, smooth, seamless. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff member who assisted me was also on point. It was the physical appearance of the office all awash in the color of lime-green that to me was unappealing and uninviting that was in need of the most improvement. They’re on the up and up technologically. A 4 or 5-star rating easily once they beautify the space."

"I had an appointment at 0900 today and was out at 0925. The lady who took my biometrics and blood was very nice. I had gotten really nervous having read all these negative reviews, but she drew the blood fairly painlessly (have hard to find veins). Self-check-in was an easy process as well. I just had to enter my DOB and scan both sides of my ID and Insurance card. The only negative is that there was a loud and inappropriate, though short, argument between two colleagues."

"My doctor had requested a last minute blood test so I needed to get blood drawn quick before my surgery. I chose Quest because it was 2 blocks from my job. I tried making the appointment with Quest over the phone but it was a pain due to the automatic phone system. Ended up doing it online in 5 minutes on my morning commute for 9am. I walked in at 8:55am, checked in, and got called in promptly by 9am. Sheila, my phlebotomist, checked my insurance and info, verified it, and one vial of blood later i was out of there. Whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I don't know how typical that whole experience was but if I need any quick blood work done in the future, I'm coming here."
