"From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone were extremely kind and nice to me. I was notified as soon as I checked in by the very patient receptionist there’s a delay and they gave me an accurate wait time so I was able to grab myself a coffee from the outside. All the nurses were very friendly and the MRI tech was very patient and professional. Highly recommend this facility ."

"I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 and due to major train delays due to mechanical issues I decided to take a cab from the Bronx there as I didn't want to miss my appointment. Due to peak hours the cab cost me $100 which I was so upset about. Since 7:30 I was trying to get a hold of someone but the automated system would say the clinic opens at 8am. Finally at 8am I got a hold of a gentleman and I explained what I went through and that I will be there shortly. He said my supervisor was trying to get a hold of you and I said what do you mean? to cancel my appointment? and he said yes. I said I did not receive a call or message. He puts the supervisor on the phone and he says that he sent me a text message at 7am, he did confirm the number which was correct but I told him I did not receive any message. He said you can still come in but the technician called out today. I understand that is out of our control when there is a call out but at least have the decency to pick up the phone and leave a message and to also be apologetic, show empathy and find ways to rectify a situation. If I can give them 0 stars I would."

"This is a clean , efficient and friendly place. I recently had a series of scans and X-rays. The Timing was perfect between procedures just right from one to the other, nothing over a 5 minute wait for the whole thing. The office staff are so friendly and the offices and exam/dressing and bathrooms are immaculate. It was a nice walk back to East 50th street. I had a good time getting out of the house and into the hands of such nice people. I received a call on my walk home telling me that my Mammogram was clear and congratulations! The rest of my tests went to my physician within 24 hours. I will be going here for my X-ray needs from now on."
