"Although I appreciated the prompt MRI service, my experience turned disappointing when, upon returning home, I was informed about an additional x-ray requirement - despite asking the front desk about check-out requirements before leaving. This mistake resulted in unexpected expenses for two more Ubers and extra working hours missed. Suggestion: inform patients about the complete examination status BEFORE they leave the facility for a smoother experience."

"Upon walking in, the front desk staff checked me in right away and the wait time was no more than 5 minutes. The radiologist greeted me with a smile and was very comforting, which I appreciated as I was a bit nervous. The MRI was about 45 minutes long, and was very comfortable to my surprise, also, I received my report within 24 hours which I did not expect! I am so glad I switched over to this location, you set the standard for amazing and quality service, you are all wonderful. Keep up the great work!"

"Incredibly attentive, professional and caring facility. I was having trouble scheduling an imaging appointment at other facilities that accepted my insurance. This location had wide availability and I was able to get the test I needed quickly. Everyone was so polite! People greeted me at the door and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was seen on time and received my exam results within hours which helped expedite care. So thankful to both the technicians and the admin staff for making this such a pleasant experience."

"Perhaps this center has the best doctors and the most caring nurses. But I won’t know about it, because my communication ended on my first call. Probably the receptionists who answer calls don’t need new clients. The first question she asked was whether I had insurance. I said yes and gave the company name. Then there were the standard questions: first name, last name, address, telephone number, etc. Then she asked my doctor's last name, I said. She asked me the doctor's first name, I said I didn't remember, but I told the doctor's office address. That's when she refused me appointment for the first time. I asked to wait a minute and found this name on my phone. She then asked me for my insurance number. I said that I am at work now and cannot answer her. And I also asked why she didn’t ask me this question 10 minutes ago when she asked me about insurance. She did not answer me and again refused to appoitment. I asked for an appointment because it was very urgent and important for me, and I said that I would bring this insurance with me or call later and give this number. But she just hung up. I just don't understand how this is possible, she just hung up."

"Everyone was very attentive and caring. I specially observed how caring and careful and wonderful they were with an incapacitated patient. They took their time and offered words of confort and made me and others feel welcome and cared for. Also the way they do the check in was very organized and easy to use. Oh and also I don’t think I waited more than 3 min before I was taken in Great job!"
