"This place is also known as Midtown Imaging and probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This place is a SCAM. Do not recommend. I was told that I would get picked up and drop off in an uber at the cost of the company. After following up multiple times, they confirmed that the uber would arrive at 7:30am. No one came to pick me up so I was late to the appointment. I requested a refund and still have yet to receive anything. It seemed promising from the receptionist Mabel but then she decided not to respond to any of my follow up emails and call to confirm."

"They cancelled my appointment on 3 separate occasions 1 - they didn’t get a notification from Labfinder despite having sent me a confirmation 2 - running scheduled maintenance on the machine despite having me booked on that day 3 - despite me calling and confirming 2 hours ahead of time, get a call 30 minutes before that they’re still running maintenance Don’t think I want to go to a place that has terrible medical equipment anyway..."

"This is the same garbage place known as Midtown imaging....maybe they thought if they changed their title they can run from the fact they still STOLE $700 from me out of pocket. YES, STOLE. When you tell someone they must pay the full amount out of pocket you don't get to bill the insurance company as well for the full amount. CRIMINALS."
