"Nobody cares about clients’ time here! They ask you to come 30 minutes earlier to check in, and then you sit there for 1.5-2 hours. They could have called the clients for that day and inform them there is a delay. Some lady came and was told that her appointment was canceled by her insurance. And they didn’t even inform her in advance. Have some respect to people and their time!"

"They said to get there at 3:30pm for 4:00pm appointment. I didn’t get taken for my mri till after 5;00pm. Not one person came out to say, “ we are running late, sorry for the major delay. It’s stressful enough to go for an MRI , especially when you are claustrophobic. Once I was taken it was a very positive experience. The tech Ken was great and compassionate"

"Whilst the services themselves were professional and lovely, the overall experience was not. I booked an 8.30am appointment and was hounded and hounded prior with emails telling me not to be late. I arrived promptly at 8.15. 1 of my procedures had been scheduled (3 months prior) the second has not. Luckily they were able to do it that morning too. At 8.45 I had to ask when I nay be seen. At 8.50 i was seen. No apology, no explanation. The receptionist was not friendly at all."
