"I would like to put a zero star if I can. I just came to drop my specimen for test not to take a test and they asked me to wait in a line for hours with the guys who take test. I don’t understand!"
"I normally dread getting having blood drawn because I have a minor phobia for needles, but I had my blood drawn by Brenda and it was such an easy and painless experience. She was attentive and compassionate. I felt no pain when she stuck the needle in and when she took it out. Not only is Brenda a great phlebotomist, she’s also a great conversationalist."
"I made an appointment on a Friday and didn’t have to wait at all. I needed to get around 15 vials of blood taken which was a scary amount and because I came alone I was very nervous. The staff was so sweet and had me lie down and made me feel so much more comfortable. They even let me hang out after to make sure I felt comfortable to go home and gave me water. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was very nice"

"Flor it’s an Amazing phlebotomist the best ever I always is there for me and everyone in the waiting room. Flor’s customer service make that my experience in Quest Lab is amazing. I come to the same location since 2013, and since then Flor has been there to help people. This is one of the reasons I always come back to 314 west 14th Street at Quest Lab even after I moved out of Manhattan."
