Family Dollar

"Was in the family dollar back in November 2022 and a rude and obnoxious employee approached me as I was searching for cat litter and started to verbally harass me saying that I had issues with him earlier in the day, he actually startled me as I was on my cell phone. At first I had thought it was a joke as I had seen him working there before but he continued to yell at me saying that I had called him names earlier in the day and he kept saying I was in the store 4 times that day even though I did not step foot into the store until approximately 5:45PM eastern time. Plus I never had any issues with any of the employees in the store before. I told him politely that he was mistaken that it was not me but he insisted that he recognized my voice. I told him to please take a look at the cameras as I was not the person he had an argument with but he aggressively said how would I know if there were any cameras and proceeded to yell at me to leave the premises and was not allowed to shop there any longer. Completely shocked, scared and flustered I left the store and I am NOT going back. I contacted Family Dollar headquarters via phone along with a written complaint and also made a written complaint to their facebook page. I never heard back nor any apology from them. HORRIBLE! I truly believe that this employee is most likely harassing other customers as well as I saw another review and the photo of that particular employee that harassed me was posted!"

"Close hours at this store is at 10pm. Arrived at 9:43 and they were closed. Drove here for nothing, next time don’t put 10pm when you guys close earlier."

"The staff is always so friendly, polite and accommodating. If you forget something they run to the aisle to grab it for you and they always make suggestions. I literally spend a couple hundred bucks every visit. The store products are amazing. The added bonus of EXCELLENT customer service makes my shopping experience much more pleasant. Especially during these stressful times with Covid."
