"I would like to preface this by saying I am all for small, locally-owned businesses, and I wish the best for this place. With that being said, this establishment truly does not deserve any business. Nine times out of ten, when you walk in you immediately feel like an outsider, and you’re treated like one too. Of course, this will only apply if you aren't a part of the inner circle of adults that peaked in high school who travel in packs and flock to this ‘business’. Apart from the unwelcoming atmosphere, the food is decent at best. When you order, be prepared to repeat yourself countless times because the workers are more concerned with their conversations regarding sports, the town, or belittling other people than helping their customers. As for my own experience, I came in to get a few things and I was very respectful (which was hard to do at some points), all with a smile on my face. While I was paying I realized that the two grown men working behind the counter started to gossip about me for some reason. I found this to be extremely off-putting, and you would think they could at least wait until I left instead of talking about me within 2 feet of earshot. To continue, I looked over as one worker was pointing me out to the other (as if the store was busy and I wasn't the only customer), and they suddenly got flustered and changed the topic, treating me as if I was deaf, stupid, or both. I have not been back since, and I don't recommend anyone to visit, that is unless you want to experience high school all over again. Whenever I hear anyone speak about buying anything from this place I immediately shut it down and recommend going to Dominos instead because eating fake Italian food is better than giving these fools any money. With all of this said the two people that were bagging my groceries were some of the nicest people I have interacted with. The two babies working behind the counter should take notes on how to treat people with respect and kindness, maybe then they wouldn't feel the need to feed their manhood through gossip. If you want I can invite you two over to my next slumber party and we can paint each other’s nails! Don't worry we will definitely get the dirt out from under yours before we start filing them! All in all, it is truly a pity to walk through this company’s doors, maybe whenever the bitter old people retire I’ll give it a second chance. If the owners of this place see this, do better, but I doubt you care enough about your customers to ever do anything. On a side note, I heard that you guys were going out of business, but I guess not. Hopefully, this review can help put that into motion!"

"I've always seen this store and never bothered to stop in. Today we were in search of a yummy sandwich and decided to stop in. There is a limited signature sandwich and wraps/paninins menu compared to other places. The sizes are smaller than other places for a similar cost. I got an Italian sub w/ pesto sauce, and my boyfriend ordered a chicken cutlet sub w/ arugula. I love the pesto sauce but wouldn't order it with cold cuts as it seemed a little on the salty side. My boyfriend's sandwich was nothing spectacular. Overall I probably would not go back."

"If you’re looking for a great sub sandwich this place has what you’re looking for. I also grabbed some raviolis and some sauce to make a great dinner for my family. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and I’ll definitely be going back soon to get more."

"I wanted to pick up a few sandwiches for lunch and saw that Visentini was nearby. I ordered for pick up on a Tuesday at around 11. My mom had the breaded chicken cutlet and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Prices are pretty reasonable. They also have some Italian groceries available if you wanted to make something yourself at home. Next time, I’ll have to try a classic Italian sammie. Tip - there’s only street parking available but it wasn’t hard to come by."

"I ordered a leafy green salad, a couple cold side salads, and several subs via UberEats. Subs delicious and fresh, no complaints. Unfortunately, I was charged double for the salad but didn’t receive the two meals I paid for. Also, the store called me after my order was placed through UberEats to let me know one of my cold salads were sold out, so he convinced me to replace with another item than to cancel my order. Which was fine. Next, he asked me about my salad order. I told him the app required me to picks 6 items in order to place my order. My $11.99 salad became $22. So the owner acknowledges the app was glitchy. They could had given me a larger salad portion, another food replacement to make up the difference, or refund me the cash in the delivery bags . He did neither, thinking I would be passive so he could pocket the profit. Once the food was delivered, I called the owner of the store to see if he could issue a refund for the extra salad he charged me for or willing to deliver the second salad. He felt my location was too far for delivering my missing order, not because no one was available to deliver. No refund and no good replacement. Overall- distasteful business practice."
