"I absolutely love this place so much and I exclusively order from here for a reason that might sound silly. Firstly of course the delivery is always timely, the delivery people are super nice, and my favorites are always in stock. That aside, I collect and utilize wine/beer boxes/crates, and in the past (either in person at the store or with online orders) when I politely asked if there are any cool ones they're going to throw away anyway - if I can take it off their hands and add it to my collection. I know, it's silly, but it sucks that I've gotten mostly "no, we don't do that" and a few weird looks like I'm asking if they also sell dog food. Well, since moving to this neighborhood over a year ago I asked them 1 time and got the coolest box ever!! I've since exclusively stuck with them, seriously, never got beer or wine anywhere else this past year, and pretty much each time they gave me at at least 1 cool box or crate (sometimes 2). Many of them have been so cool that I went the extra step to laminate them so that I can use them for years without damage. I feel like a kid picking cereal. Obviously I'm sticking with the brand that has a cool toy inside!!!! The point is, they're kind enough to humor my silly hobby. How often do you do your shopping at a place where the people working there are this nice? Eeeeeexactly. I just felt like I need to rant and rave after they delivered 2 amazing wood crates with my order a few minutes ago. I'm tipping extra from now on and they have my loyalty as a customer for as many years as I live around here."
