"I was this morning 09/21/2023 at 7:45am a this Home Depot store and honestly was very disappointed on the employees from the pro desk it was this amazing lady on the contractors side register. Cashier name is Josephine she a hard working lady!!! so hard and the line of small businesses costumer was like 15 people waiting not body want to help her from the pro desk . I have to tell them that she need help !! They got upset a me! But the most important point of all this complain is that we have a small business to run if we wait for more than 45 minutes to pay the material that we need from Home Depot that means that we have to pay 45 minutes for my employees to be waiting for me! Into I get the materials to the job side! I was very frustrated this morning and I called him on it. You took me like three times for the manager to answer the phone and also one more thing they don’t know how to answer the phone properly. They think they answered the phone in there house!! I owned my business and I always Treat my customers and answer my phone with respect and in a professional way as well. I’m at costumer of Home Depot and that never going to change! And I know they don’t like anybody make a complaint about anything!! I hope they take this complain seriously!"

"I like Home Depot for its variety and prices, but the appliance delivery service is awful. The people in delivery were nice and friendly, but I want them to do their job not be my friends. I have bought a washer and need to place it in the basement. When they moved the washer to the basement, it had a ton of scratches on the sides. They said it was like this from the store. Moreover, I didn't see them unboxing the washer. They brought it into the house already without the box. It is weird that they use a shoulder dolly to move heavy appliances, especially on stairs. I have ordered the replacement. When it arrived, the delivery team rejected to place it downstairs. They said that they can do it only if I take full responsibility on myself, so I rejected it. Eventually, I rent the Motorized Stair Climber and moved it downstairs myself, without any damage. The tool which I rent, on the photo. If you need to tighten a thousand screws, you will reach a much better result with an impact driver rather than a screwdriver. Definitely, delivery service should use modern tools for heavy stuff. It is better to employees health and security and provide much better results."
