"If I could give more stars I would! Located in Chelsea, a local favorite. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The staff is incredibly attentive and the owner often on site. This is an amazing sushi restaurant that people travel for, we are lucky to live across the street. Juban is known for its extensive sake selection, it’s fun to have the staff choose for me, all choices are perfect. Option to sit at the bar.
