"I have to give this place a review before I even finish my food! I ordered chirashi bowl via Uber eat and it took 1.5 hours to arrive but so worth the wait!! Hands down to the best chirashi bowl in New York!! There are just so many different kinds of fishes, layers of fresh fishes. Being from Asia and eating Japanese sashimi bowls all my life (like a few times a week), I find good sashimi bowls very very pricey in New York and often you only get a small portions and so-so quality of fishes, a massive let down. Not this place!! I’m so impressed!! Will definitely keep coming back!"
"Delicious sushi with wonderful service During our NYC vacation we went to Sushi Hatsune three times and each time loved it. The sushi is great, the quality superb. On top the staff is super nice and made all our evenings special. The amount of take out orders per night speaks for itself. An absolute gem in Lower East Side!"
