"Food was great, though everything on the menu was very rich. Looking over the rest of the menu, it looked like everything is very rich. This is fine, but good to know if you're in the mood for lighter fare. Cocktails and mocktail were all wonderful. Interesting flavors, classy serving. Subtracting one star for the ambience. We had a reservation and were seated in a very tight little spot in between two other very loud tables. It was so loud there were multiple times my date and I couldn't hear each other. It was also extremely cold as we were next to the frequently opened exit door, which brought in thick blasts of icy air every few minutes. The majority of the restaurant was open, with people seated in other areas. Just don't know why they would cram us into the worst seat in the house like that. Subtracting one star for a QR code menu. The pandemic is over. Those things are antisocial and annoying. Places in NYC need to get it together and bring back a menu you can hold. The QR code feels cheap and lame."

The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making sure that every need was met. They were happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions about the menu. Highly recommended."
"The ambience feels like old school New York - very romantic and speakeasy-like Great staff - Emily was amazing; gave us great recommendations! All the dishes we got were delicious and all the cocktails were really really good - especially combinations I would normally not expect like the tequila + yogurt wash to make a “lassi” like drink! "Food and cocktail were delicious (especially the pork bun, I’d probably try a different main next time). Service was great (very attentive). Atmosphere was very intimate, definitely great for a date or just for a smaller group of friends who want to catch up. Definitely would come back!"
"Hands down my new favorite place in NYC. The decor and smooth speakeasy atmosphere make it hard to leave. The food is fantastic (we had two types of ramen, the egg sandwich, and the chicken karage) but the drinks steal the show. The four we had were the best cocktails I've had in NYC (and I grew up here). With great service to top it off!"
