"In my 5 years, shopping in Foodtown. it is the very first time when a guy with semi grown beard was very rude to me. I tried to make an exchange of products willingly to pay the difference because I have bought the wrong product. I was trying to talk to the cashier that charged me and explain the situation, but the man stood in front of me and said oh the other cashier is available, meanwhile I was trying to explain the situation then he aggressively told me to go to the other cashier even though there were no line in the register since the store was quite quiet at the moment. I was speechless due to his aggression towards us and said that the girl in the register doesn't speak English which is fake because she charged me previously, In the end I got the product that I wanted, and he charges me nothing even thought the product cost more than the one I exchange. Please do something about that man, he seems like ready to fight with us, even though we have shown no aggression towards him. Really unprofessional and extremely rude."

"Great selection of produce, canned goods, meat, and more! Everything is fresh, employees are fantastic and very friendly, this place has a parking lot + food deliveries are available. They change the window decorations monthly, and they look wonderful, as shown in the photos below. I’d definitely recommend coming here as you won’t be disappointed by the variety of food. Edit: I've been having issues regarding the freshness of products, beef I have bought here were going bad in the packaging. A watermelon gone bad was also pre-cut then packaged, beware of this because watermelons gone bad may look or smell fine but they taste sour or have a "fizzy" feel to them. I spoke to the manager and returned the meat and watermelon for a refund, Staff are always friendly, but I'm really disappointed by the lack of freshness."
