"I got pierced here in September and it was a basic ear lobe re-pierce. Since then for the past 4 months it’s been on and off infected where fluid needed to be drained out of it. I kept putting getting it looked at off because I do have multiple other ear piercings, helix, conch, nose and never had this much of a complication on such a standard area. I called the shop and they assured me all of the jewelry used here was implant grade titanium which I don’t doubt but was a concern because I’m used to piercing aftercare and knew that it wasn’t me mishandling the proper healing regimen. I went to a different piercer today @shawn pierce who I’ve seen on YouTube for years and the minute he took a look at it he said the angle, jewelry and placement of it was all messed up and to never go back to where I got this done and removed it so it can heal and be done properly. Just money down the drain for my experience here."

"After a month I go to them because I noticed a small bump they said everything should be fine few days later I get this! Bleeding and really infected, it was because of sanitation problem from them. I took care of it exactly how they advices me to and on when asked for a refund since it really messed up my ear and I am removing it and their service wasn’t delivered the guy was rude his name is Adam. He said it’s not his problem and that he is not giving me anything back. I’m writing this review so that you can watch out, sanitation is everything and this could’ve been worse."
