"I stopped going to this food bazaar after living in the area for 15 years. I sue to go in there every other day. But there security there is pretty racist. They would stop me before I entered the store quite a few times to check in my bag. Even while w8 people with bigger bags would just pass by. Now I walk to another grocery store. I asked them why they always stop me and other black peoples and they said “you just looked suspicious” if you do go in there check the items beg for you buy them, sometimes there items are expired."
"Don’t go to the deli for cold cuts unless you have an hour to spare. They need a better system and/or more efficient workers. The young guy never zips the coldcut ziplocks. Something I didn’t realize after a few separate occasions. Other than that, good selection of groceries for the most part."
"For the past 3 years, the items at this supermarket have increased a lot. Customers were able to buy 2 bags of 20lb rice 2/$8 Keebler crackers 3/$10 A family pack of chicken Less than $10 Lipton iced tea 3/$10 Cooking oil 128oz. 2/$10 Goya tomato sauce 10/$3.00 Frozen vegetables (Libby's) etc. 2*/$5 THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON The prices have INCREASED so much There are barely sales...... This is something we must look into it. Remember about the case of the EGGS when supermarkets were GAUGING PRICES.... WHICH MANY SUPERMARKETS & GROCERY STORES HIKED THERE PRICES"
"I only go here when I have to. Speaking as a Korean American who has worked in customer service for 35 years, in my opinion the manager here is the typical immature child in a man's body so often the result of conservative Korean culture. If you know you know. If it weren't for him, the experience here would be straightforward, he just has to make it about himself. Everybody else here is fine from cashiers to security. If you need any kind of food especially from Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina, this is a good place to find a wide variety of corn masas, soup bases, and herbs which are necessary for a good mole sauce, homemade salsa, or traditional soups and stews. But again, I prefer the smaller stores in the area to avoid this babo."
"Greatest deals! Always come here to shop, love the way employees are ready to assist you with your inquiries. If you download their app, you can earn points towards your following purchases and you can also win prizes from their events! Will always love this supermarket no matter it's location."
