"I was shopping here today trying to get some groceries I needed for home, so I decided to stop for cheese and ham. When I asked the women for some, she rudely looked at me and said, "You will wait. I have more clients, and I don't think you will spend more than them. " Perhaps it is not what she said, but the way she said it and with the attitude and her arrogance, I told one of the cashiers and she told me a lot of people complains about her, but seems nobody cares about customer service in this place."
"01/20/2024 is the last time I will enter this supermarket. Check out staff seems to have a problem with packing groceries. Every store that has a Check out person should be bagging the merchandise unless your CVS where you can self- check out and bag your self. This is how it's done at Keyfood and many other stores in Greenpoint on Manhattan Ave. I didn't mention it at the time, but I making everyone aware!"
